This is the 2nd time eastlink does this to me sets up an appointment to fix my services wait all dam day up early just for eatlink to call me and tell me the tech cant make it! This is the 2nd dam time!

Now im stuck waiting another 2 weeks bc eastlinks dam techs only come every 2 weeks so now im stuck waiting a month to get my services fixed this is *** i dont want the dam credit i want my dam services working!!! I will be cancelling my services with them and going to another carrier eastlink needs to get there sh it together and hire more techs and not just make them come every 2 weeks!! My mom is cancelling her services my aunt is cancelling her services alot of ppl will be cancelling there services!! If you cant *** cking provide services what the *** cking point of having them!

This is such bull sh it 2nd time now im stuck waiting a dam month to get my services fixed this is ridiculous and there should be no need for this!!! Stop *** cking being cheap and hire more techs!!!

No one is gonna want to deal with you guys!!! And i hope this review makes it to everyone!!!

Preferred solution: I want the full month free not just 70$ *** month without internet and frankly *** i dont even give a *** about the credit i want my dam services working! Send me the modem so i can activate it myself

User's recommendation: Dont go to eastlink there services has gone to *** Your stuck waiting a dam month to get your services fixed!! Stay away from eastlink!!

Cannot get through to Customer "Service"

Currently on hold for 3not deal with this company.Do + hours. I'm trying to cancel my TV subscription but they will not answer the phone. I tried using the chat but all he (Mohammed) wanted to do was sell me more stuff. Then he tried to say that they were offering similar channels to the ones they cancelled. I had to explain to him the people don't watch channels, they watch individual programs. I gave him a list of the programs I could no longer receive and asked him what channels they were offering that I could see them on. He did not have an answer (I knew he wouldn't). Then he offered a discount on streaming services that did not even cover the taxes on those services and the discount was only for three months. At the end of three months I would still be paying Eastlink for channels I can't get AND I would have to pay the streaming services full price for them. As well I would have to install a streaming device like Chromecast on each of my tvs which would cost me an extra $300+. I stopped automatic payment so they can go whistle for their money. If you have Eastlink switch to Bell or some other provider.

They removed a bunch of channels that i watch and didnt even offer or call to bring my monthly bill down or give me a discount on my account!

They removed 2 channels which were part of my services and didnt even call to offer a discount or bring my bill down! That is not right i watch 99% of my shows on 2 of those channels now i cant... Ridiculous.. its even pointless to have the top package now, that i pay over 200$ for nothing now... I will definitely be either removing tv period from my package and just get internet or go for there lowest tv package bc its pointless to have again the top tier package for tv i cant watch! You guys wanted customer feedback about this well here it is... This is with most utmost respect BS! I hope you guys can go back to the writing board and come to an agreement with the company or you guys will lose alot of customers guaranteed and alot of money... Sure the agreement was prolly ridiculous but you guys will lose far more money then what you wouldve had to pay for the agreement! Alone in my family 4 members are talking about cancelling tv with eastlink bc of this so imagine all the other families that will cancel also!! So please something needs to be done im sure you guys are getting ridiculous amounts of calls with unhappy customers im sure your taking lots of flack! So bring this up to your superior if you actually read this... Sincerely an unhappy customer

Terrible provider

Typical Eastlink... Internet down for 5 hours and TV still down 26 hours later in Delta. An hour on hold and nobody answered! Up the bill, take away 30+ channels, frequent lengthy service interruptions, and the pigs at the trough still bill us for services not provided.

Disconnect services

I have been trying to disconnect Eastlink internet services for the last 3 days. Calling them everyday and waiting for over 2 hours. left them chat message with phone number and no call. Avoid them if you can.

I have been waiting three hours to talk to a representative about money they owe me. I tried chat on line and text nothing!

I cancelled my subscription because they would not carry 13 shows that were our favorite. Now they owe me money and its a nightmare to get a hold of a person !!!

Disgraceful service/- or lack thereof. On the phone twice during the day for almost two hours each time waiting for answer from customer service. Never did get an answer on the phone. Disgraceful

Over charged accounts for 4 years!

I have 3 accounts with Eastlink and it came to my attention through their repaid technician that they had been charging me for 4 years plus for 2 uneeded business landlines and won't return my money for service that they never should've never set me upon! They won't retun my calls the have bad customer services and we are cancelling all 3 services! They don't care about their customers they are truly a mickey mouse operation! Stay away!

City Link - what a disaster

After purchasing a two day pass for travel while in Melbourne, I first receive three invoices from city link for their tolls for dates three months prior to my being down in melbourne, after contacting them they told me there was nothing they could do and told me to contact the hire company, well two months later and with a helpful hire employee we got them cancelled, only to find out a week later they send me a new invoice for the times I was indeed in Melbourne but ignoring the fact that I already purchased passes for travel on these days. It will be a cold day in *** before they get one cent - worst customer service I have ever dealt with ---- to be continued --- still not resolved
